Working with an external coach also offers a dedicated, confidential space that compliments existing internal support. An external coach also brings specialised expertise in mindset, resilience, and overall performance.

  • The business coaching I provide is aimed at executives, management and senior employees.

  • The aim of the sessions is to aid in the growth and overall wellbeing of the coachee. Generally speaking the sessions will be around mindset development, as well as topics including career development, leadership, confidence and efficiency.

  • Over a minimum of a 12-week period, up to 6 individuals will receive 1-1 coaching sessions. The sessions over this period ensure enough time to achieve meaningful performance outcomes.

  • Yes. Coaching offers a confidential and safe space for reflection and growth. Confidentiality is always upheld, except in rare circumstances where legal or safety requirements necessitate disclosure.
